1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Webtrip Technology Solutions FZE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

Webtrip provides AI automation solutions including but not limited to:

Real Estate Lead Qualification AI Agents
DHA/DTCM Compliance Automation
VAT Auto-Filing Services
24/7 Customer Support AI Agents
Custom Workflow Automation

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime: 99.5% monthly uptime guarantee
Support: Response within 4 business hours
Data Backup: Daily automated backups

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
VAT (5%) is added to all invoices as per UAE law
Payment accepted via bank transfer or credit card
30-day money-back guarantee for new clients

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Maintain valid WhatsApp Business API credentials (if applicable)
Comply with all UAE regulations in your use of our services
Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, and documentation remain the property of Webtrip Technology Solutions FZE. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webtrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive an export of your data within 7 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
